Study abstract: … In India, our research has found that AIDS is spreading much faster than the government admits. With the help of a $300,000 grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, we will extend the reach of our testing and counseling centers to 180 villages reaching an additional 48,000 families to the 12,000 families and 45 villages that we already cater to, totaling 225 villages and 60 000 families … (Source: François-Xavier Bagnoud Foundation).
