Ethiopia: Wife Inheritance Said Spreading HIV/AIDS

Bureau members recently held a regional seminar during which they discussed a government mandated cessation to the traditions of polygamy and wife inheritance tradition, citing them both as key factors in the spread of the virus that causes AIDS.
