US urged to work with other donors in AIDS fight Financial Times President George W. Bush was urged yesterday to collaborate with other donors over his emergency plan to fight AIDS in poor countries. As the US prepares to launch AIDS programmes in 14 developing countries, Mr Bush was warned of the risks of duplicating work being done by others. Mr. Bush and Tony Blair hosted an AIDS policy meeting at Downing Street yesterday with health ministers from five African countries.
