Human rights group accuses Kenyan government of neglecting AIDS orphans San Francisco Chronicle A human rights group on Monday accused the Kenyan government of neglecting millions of children, many of them orphans, whose families have fallen victim to HIV/AIDS. The New York-based Human Rights Watch said the government was failing to take responsibility for children who are being forced out of school in search of jobs to care for themselves and sick relatives.
